DKNY : Bridging Day & Night with AI

From our studio in Miami, we work closely with the brand to push the boundaries of fashion advertising. For the Ramadan Collection (Middle East Market), the challenge was specific. We didn't start from a blank canvas; the brand entrusted us with a series of high-end static photographs.

The Mission: Transform these frozen moments into a dynamic Generative AI video campaign for social media and global retail screens.

Here is how we expanded their world using our proprietary AI Video Production workflow.

Phase 1: Uncropping Reality (AI Set Extension)

The original photos were shot in a tight, closed studio set. To give the campaign cinematic volume, we needed to break the walls using Generative Outpainting.

  • Opening the Space: We digitally created architectural elements, windows and balconies, where there were none.

  • Building the View: We generated vast skylines to add depth and context to the original studio shots.

  • Result: A static image became a living penthouse, adding value to the photography without a costly reshoot.

Phase 2: The Motion Bridge (Generative Video)

DKNY provided two distinct moods: the solar energy of the Day and the sophisticated atmosphere of the Night. Our job as a Creative Agency was to build the visual bridge between them.

We utilized advanced Image-to-Video workflows to set the static images in motion,

  • Dynamic Entries: Using "Frame In" techniques, we generated camera movements that fly into the scene, establishing the extended environment before landing on the product.

  • Seamless Exits: "Frame Out" transitions allowed us to pull back, revealing the transition from a bright afternoon to a lantern-lit evening.

Phase 3: Creating Atmosphere (AI B-Rolls)

A high-end campaign isn't just about the product; it's about the feeling. To create a seamless narrative flow, we generated Atmospheric B-Rolls entirely from scratch.

These assets served as the "connective tissue" between the main looks, adding rhythm and emotion to the final edit that static photos alone could never achieve.

Phase 4: The "Brand Safety" Seal

In luxury fashion, the garment is sacred. While we heavily processed the environments and lighting transitions with Generative AI, our post-production team ensured the DKNY products remained 100% faithful to the original model and product photography . We used strict compositing to blend the real dress and handbags with the AI-generated motion layers, ensuring no texture hallucinations occurred.

The Outcome

We delivered a cohesive video suite that respects the tradition of Ramadan while positioning DKNY at the forefront of Digital Fashion. This project illustrates our ongoing partnership: blending traditional high-end assets with future-proof Generative AI technology.
