The Strategic Brief: Modernizing the Spirit of NY


Since Fall/Winter 2024, DKNY has entrusted Cuz. Studio with a pivotal mandate: to modernize the visual language of one of New York’s most iconic brands. The challenge was twofold: creating a "Stop-Scrolling" aesthetic for social media while preserving the authenticity of the garments. DKNY didn't just want "cool AI images"; they needed a strategic content partner capable of blending the gritty energy of NYC with cutting-edge digital innovation.


Our Approach: The Hybrid "Product-First" Workflow


We moved beyond standard advertising by implementing a sophisticated Hybrid Workflow. The game-changer in this campaign is our ability to integrate Real Products with AI Models and environments. Instead of relying solely on traditional photoshoots, we digitized key pieces from the collection. We then placed these physical garments on hyper-realistic AI-Generated Models and avatars. This technique allows us to scale content production infinitely, adapting the "look and feel" for different markets without organizing costly new shoots. The clothes are real; the world around them is reimagined.

High-Profile Collaborations: We produced integrated visuals for major partnerships, including the New York Yankees and Loverboy, merging sports heritage and club culture with digital fashion.

Viral FOOH Activations: We engineered Fake Out Of Home (FOOH) campaigns where giant DKNY assets seem to interact with the NYC skyline, generating high engagement on social platforms.
